Zulhusni Shafiee was born and raised in Shah Alam, and has been living in there since 1989. A graduate from UiTM with a Diploma in Accountancy, he uses photography as a way of expressing himself and bringing out the best in his subjects. Through constant research for new techniques and attention to lighting, composition, and detail, he is always looking for new and creative ways to bring uniqueness into his portrait photography.

Apart of making photography his career, he is also a web graphic designer. Some of his works are for SeniSiniSana Photography, Madani Future Sdn Bhd, Farthosy.com, The Long Sleeve Closet, and many more. He also has been a co-sponsor for Jom FotoRia ‘Indahnya Pilah’ photo contest held by UiTM Kuala Pilah, as their main media designer.
